■3-1. フレームベンダー　TFB シリーズ

Frame Bender TFB series.

造船所の船骨として使用される、
不等辺不等厚、アングル、バルブ
プレート、Ｔバー等の曲げを簡単に
行う最新鋭のベンダーです。

This is a new and powerful bender that allows
easy bending of a plate with unequal sides and
thickness, angle plate, valve plate,T-bar,etc.,
which are used as ship frames at shipyards.

C型タイプ

サイドフレーム部とセンターフレーム部の支点
間距離移動も全てモーターにて行います。
サイドフレームの旋回も油圧ジャッキにて作動
します。
操作はレバーにて簡単に操作できます。

C-type

The overall movement between the supporting
points of the side frame and center frame is also
carried out with the motor.
The side frame turns with a hydraulic jack.
It can be easily operated with the lever.

アーム型タイプ

サイドフレーム部をアーム式にし、全面部分を
シンプルにまとめ、加工状況が一目で分かる
ような構造にしました。
操作はレバーにて簡単に操作できます。

Arm-type

This has a structure with the arm-type side
frame and simply-integrated whole area, which
helps detect the machining condition at a glance.
It can be easily operated with the lever.

■3-2. ラム・ボルスター同時移動・同時回転・前後コンベヤ付き

油圧プレス　TUPR-S シリーズ

Hydraulic Press with Simultaneous Movement of

Ram and Bolster, Simultaneous Rotation and Conveyor

TUPR-S series.

船体の複雑な曲げ加工が可能です。
コンベアを付ける事により、クレーン操作が
減少し、能率がアップします。

This type of machine allows complicated
bending of hulls.
Installing a conveyor reduces crane
operations and increases efficiency.

■3-3. シップベンダー　TSB シリーズ

Ship Bender TSB series.

造船所における、船底の鋼材のコーナーR部
の曲げ加工等に使用されるロールベンダー
方式のマシンです。
オプションでコルゲート曲げアタッチメント
（上下金型）も取り付けています。

This is the roll-bender type machine used for
the bending of the corner radius of steel
members at the bottom of ships in shipyards.
It is optionally equipped with corrugated
bending attachments (upper and lower dies).

■3-4. フェースベンダー（横押しプレス）　TUPH シリーズ

Face Bender (Side Pushing Press) TUPH series.

広巾、厚板などのフェース曲げに使用します。
特に広巾の曲げに適しています。

It is used for the face bending of a wide type
and thick plate.
It is especially suitable for the bending of wide
type workpieces.

■3-5. 縦型端曲ベンディングロール　TPV シリーズ

Longitudinal Edge Bending Roller TPV series.

フェース曲げを縦曲げのロール曲げで行なえ
ます。
端曲げも可能で作業能率は大変高い物となっ
ています。

Face bending is performed by longitudinal roll
bending.
Edge bending is also possible and this type of
machine features high operating efficiency.

■3-6. コルゲート曲げ用超大型長尺油圧プレス　TUPS シリーズ

Hydraulic Press for Corrugated Bending

TUPS series.

造船所における、ばら積み船や、その他の
内殻板の壁の鋼材のコルゲート曲げ等に
使用される、長尺で長大型の油圧プレス
です。

It is an ultra-large, long hydraulic press used
for the corrugated bending of steel members
of the inner shell plate wall of bulk carriers
and other ships in shipyards.
